4 voices in my head šŸ˜… (and what I do about them)

Summer slowdown? Or sneaky sabotage?

Confession time.

Ever since I watched Inside Out 2 last weekend (highly recommend btw šŸŽ¬), I can’t stop picturing these little characters living rent-free in my head. Like... I see them clearly now.

It hit me:

I’ve got at least 4 loud roommates upstairs šŸ‘‡

  1. Anxious Achiever:
Always rushing. Always pushing. ā€œDo more! Be better! You’ll fall behind!ā€ Exhausting.

  2. Daydreamer Extraordinaire:
Obsessed with fantasy lands and future fairytales. Feels good for 10 mins... until I crash back to Earth. Ouch.

  3. Bored Baby:
Whispers, ā€œWhy is nothing happening? Life is so dull. Let’s burn it all down for excitement!ā€ Calm down, sis.

  4. Shame Monster:
The harshest one. ā€œYou’re not enough. You should’ve done better. This is all your fault.ā€ Ugh.

Sounds familiar? Thought so šŸ˜‰

But here’s the magic that’s helped me:

šŸ–Šļø I NAME them. (Because you can’t manage what you can’t see.)
šŸ–ļø I JOURNAL in two pen colors—one for the noisy voices, one for the loving CEO in me who kindly says: ā€œI hear you. I’m in charge.ā€
🌟 I END every day with 3 wins + 3 gratitudes. No matter how tiny. (Because shame can’t survive when you’re soaking in joy and truth.)

And guess what? This isn’t just in your head.

It shows up in business too. Especially in summer.

How many times have you heard (or thought):
ā€œSummer is slow. No one’s buying. I should chill until September...ā€

What if that’s just another sneaky inner voice?

Like when I coached a brilliant fitness founder who said: ā€œMoms won’t buy in summer—kids are home, no time!ā€

But what if... they need her more now? To feel strong. To stretch. To take 5 minutes for sanity while the chaos swirls?

We brainstormed a ā€œ5-min daily summer resetā€ offer. For hotel rooms. Backyard stretches. With kids or solo. Her eyes lit up.

Lightbulb moment šŸ’”: Summer doesn’t slow you down. Your thoughts do.

That’s exactly what we untangle in Mindset Office Hours—next Wednesday at 3PM ET.

šŸ’¬ No pitch. No fluff. Just real talk. Real clarity. Real shifts.

Women leave feeling seen, clear, inspired—and with fresh offers they can launch this summer.

Want in?
Just reply: ā€œI’m inā€ and I’ll save you a spot. šŸ’Œ

You don’t have to do this brain circus alone.

With so much love (and gentle boss energy),
