I almost didn’t share this idea...

But it’s too important to stay silent

I did something this week I’d been avoiding for way too long.

Editing and scheduling a mountain of podcast episodes.

Honestly, it felt like a giant, unchewable baguette staring at me every morning. 🥖

But here’s what actually happened:

Once I stopped thinking about it and just started—
it took me less than 30 minutes per episode.

(Why does procrastination always scream louder than reality?)

Lesson 1: Batch your tasks.
Batching is the closest thing to cloning yourself I’ve found.

Lesson 2: The thing you dread is 1000% easier when you slice it into tiny, eatable pieces.

Lesson 3 (the big one):

As I edited, I realized 90% of these conversations were about the same theme—
self-worth.

Me, finding joy (and a lot of sweat) at a festival with 1,100 dance lovers.

Women going from self-doubt to self-belief.
From “Who am I to do this?” to “I’m the woman for this.”

It hit me like a spark in the dark:
If my podcast is Brave Enough to Win,
maybe my book is Worthy Enough to Win.

I’m imagining it with three parts:
✨ Personal stories—mine and my clients’
✨ Research on why self-worth is such a universal struggle
✨ Tiny, doable steps to feel more worthy every single day

Would you read that book?
I’d love to hear your honest thoughts.
Just hit reply and tell me. 💬
Your feedback will help me decide if this is my next brave step.

In the meantime—
here’s something to thank you for being here:

Energy Reset Ritual.
A 10-minute guided meditation to slow down, breathe, and recharge.
Use it anytime you feel your energy dipping below zero.

You are worthy.
Even when you’re resting.
Even when you’re doubting.
Even when you’re just trying to find the next small step.

I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you.

With love,
Aly
