She’s Not a Morning Person, But She Did This Twice (2 min)

Start Your Week with Intention, Not Overwhelm

“I am not a morning person.”

That’s what she said, waking up at 5:30 AM for the second Monday in a row—to start her week intentionally.

She joined Millionaire’s Mindset Monday again because she realized something powerful:

"It’s the only morning I start my day for myself—not for work, not for emails, not for anyone else.  It’s a moment of clarity, focus, and intention before the chaos begins.  It’s an act of self-leadership—showing up for my goals, even when it’s hard."

And after just one session, she felt the shift. She got more done in a week than she expected—and she came back for another boost.

💡 What do we actually do?

  • Reconnect with the yearly goals we set in January (Remember those?)

  • Align on this month’s priorities

  • Get clear on what we want to achieve this week

  • Say it out loud for accountability

  • Ask for support—sometimes, that’s just a shift in perspective to turn overwhelm into momentum

🚀 One of the most powerful exercises? We asked: Once I achieve my biggest goals this year, how will I feel? Then flipped it: How can I feel that way even more—starting today?

For her, that feeling was pride and accomplishment. So she made a simple but powerful decision:

✅ Write down daily wins & gratitude
✅ Say out loud: I’m proud of you.

Tiny actions. Huge mindset shift.

At the end of the session, she told me: “Please keep telling others about this. I want them to experience it too.”
